Lead IT Security Engineer

Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support for Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), troubleshooting and resolving issues, monitoring and maintaining the health and performance of Zscaler solutions, collaborating with support teams to understand their technical needs, and assisting in the deployment and configuration of Zscaler products. You will also conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues, implement preventive measures, document technical issues and solutions for knowledge sharing, and stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, updates, and industry trends. Additionally, you will work closely with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years of Cybersecurity-related experience. To be successful in this role, you will need hands-on experience with Zscaler products (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX), a strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in managing Data Protection Technologies such as Endpoint & Web DLP, CASB, and Network Security technologies like Secure Web Gateways, Secure Access Secure Edge (SASE), Firewalls, IDS/IPS technologies will be beneficial.
