Lead IT QA Analyst

As the Lead IT QA Analyst at Assurant-GCC, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software through effective quality assurance activities. Your responsibilities will include leading a team of QA engineers, devising testing strategies, and collaborating with various departments to facilitate smooth product releases. This position is based in Hyderabad, India. Your duties and responsibilities will involve: - Leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of QA engineers to establish a culture of quality and excellence (20%) - Designing and developing comprehensive test plans and test cases for thorough feature coverage (10%) - Coordinating and conducting manual and automated testing, encompassing functional, regression, and performance testing (15%) - Collaborating with development teams to identify and rectify defects, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software (15%) - Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives (10%) - Providing QA oversight and guidance to ensure project milestones are met and QA activities align with project standards (20%) - Continuously enhancing quality processes and standards (10%) Requirements for this position: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field - Minimum 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on leading QA teams - Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Proven track record of developing and executing test strategies for complex projects - Experience in managing QA projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams - Strong grasp of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology - Proficiency in mobile or web application testing - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities - Salesforce testing experience is a plus Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge: - Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc. - Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI - Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or C# for test automation Tech Stack: - JIRA - qTest/ALM/TestRail - Bitbucket - Jenkins - Postman, SOAP UI - Git - Java - Power BI (Optional),
