Job Description

Role Overview: As a Digital & IT Leader at the airport, your primary responsibility is to lead digital and IT initiatives to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency. You will play a crucial role in planning, stakeholder collaboration, technology implementation, digital delivery assurance, IT service delivery, IT infrastructure design, ICT program management, customer experience enhancement, data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity, and compliance. By embracing digital and IT transformation, you will contribute to achieving greater efficiency, enhancing passenger satisfaction, and ensuring the airport's competitiveness in the aviation industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a digital & IT execution roadmap aligned with the airport's vision and goals. - Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital & IT initiatives. - Lead the adoption of technologies like Aviio, APOC, IoT, AI, and other emerging technology and analytics to optimize operations. - Ensure digital projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT Services to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of IT transformative initiatives. - Design, plan, and budget IT infrastructure for various airport areas including Terminal Building, ancillary buildings, airfield, landside, roadways, and cargo. - Manage IT infrastructure and special airport operations systems strategic planning, requirement assessment, design, and governance for brownfield/greenfield airport projects. - Enhance customer experience through the implementation of various digital solutions. - Utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and continuous improvement. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and implement robust cybersecurity measures. Qualifications Required: - Educational Qualifications: Masters Degree or equivalent in an IT or similar discipline from an institute recognized by UGC/AICTE. - Relevant Experience: Essential 15+ years of work experience in IT preferably in airports or a related domain. - Additional Knowledge Required: - Technology: Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs. - Security: Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and strategies for effective information security operations. - Troubleshooting: Determining causes of operating errors and deciding appropriate actions. Please note that the competencies related to strategic orientation, entrepreneurial mind-set, stakeholder partnering, outcome orientation, transformation mind-set, innovation focus, team orientation, and employee development are crucial for success in this role. Additionally, comprehensive experience in stakeholder management and managing IT operations is essential for effective performance. ,
