The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing MongoDB-based applications and be comfortable in a customer-facing role . Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable applications . Optimize MongoDB performance, security, and storage efficiency . Write and implement queries and operations for MongoDB-based applications. Analyze database performance, implement optimizations, and support overall processes. Translate business requirements into technical solutions , ensuring best practices and efficient development. Utilize design patterns and technical solutions for optimal application architecture. Guide and mentor team members, helping with issue resolution and ensuring timely delivery of sprint commitments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy robust microservices-based applications . Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Java and MongoDB with extensive hands-on experience. Strong experience with Microservices architecture and development. Good to have: Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Apache Kafka . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-facing environment . Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
