Description
As a .NET Azure Lead at UST, you will be responsible for leading and developing backend applications using .NET technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams to understand requirements, providing technical solutions and estimations, and working with Agile methodologies. You will contribute to pipeline design and enhancements, ensuring a smooth release cadence, and maintain high-quality code through rigorous unit and integration testing. Additionally, you will mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop backend applications using .NET technologies, including full development lifecycle and post-live support. - Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements, providing technical solutions and estimations. - Work with Agile methodologies, participating in iterative delivery and daily stand-ups. - Contribute to pipeline design and enhancements, ensuring a smooth release cadence. - Ensure high-quality code through rigorous unit and integration testing. - Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in .NET development, including full development lifecycle and post-live support. - Extensive experience in delivering software using Agile methodologies. Familiarity with JIRA is preferred. - Strong ability to understand requirement/story scope and translate that into technical solutions. - Ability to articulate complex technical issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner. - Proficient in using source control systems (preferably Git). - Experience in mentoring and coaching engineers in a co-located environment.
