Lead II - Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Senior Developer)

As a Salesforce Senior Developer with UST, you will be responsible for leveraging your extensive experience in Salesforce.com development to contribute to the successful implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with US-based Salesforce teams and business stakeholders, utilizing your strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and JavaScript frameworks to deliver high-quality projects. With a total of 9 years of IT industry experience, including 6 years specifically in Salesforce.com development, you will bring valuable expertise to the role. Your proficiency in Salesforce Core Platform Development, including hands-on experience in Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce DX, will be essential in executing end-to-end project implementations. In addition to your technical skills, you will demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Git, GitHub/GitLab, Copado, Bamboo, ANT, and Change Sets, as well as knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, and JavaScript frameworks like jQuery. Your experience with SQL/PL-SQL, database schema understanding, and troubleshooting abilities will enable you to design effective solutions and contribute to CI/CD pipeline management and deployment strategies. Your role will also involve collaborating with onsite/offshore teams, engaging with business and IT stakeholders, and operating effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. With strong communication skills, documentation capabilities, and mentoring experience, you will play a key role in knowledge transition and peer reviews within the team. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot, Einstein AI / Analytics, Salesforce1 / VF Mobile, Heroku, Radian6, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) would be beneficial.
