Lead II - Enterprise Solutions (Salesforce Senior Developer)

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer at UST, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration to contribute to the success of projects. You will collaborate with US-based Salesforce teams and business stakeholders, utilizing your strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and JavaScript frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on development in Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Salesforce DX, and Visual Studio - Implementing Salesforce Sales, Service, and Community Clouds - Utilizing REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API for integrations - Configuring App Builder, Process Builder, Flow, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards - Managing CI/CD pipeline, deployment strategies, and Salesforce admin tasks Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of total IT industry experience with 5+ years specifically in Salesforce.com development - Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I, AppBuilder (Platform Developer II or DEV 501 desirable) - Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, Copado, Bamboo, ANT, Change Sets - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, JavaScript frameworks, SQL/PL-SQL - Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution design capabilities - Soft skills including effective collaboration with onsite/offshore teams, business and IT stakeholders, and working in Agile/Scrum environments About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with a track record of over 20 years in partnering with leading companies worldwide.
