Job Description

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce solutions for the organization. You will utilize your extensive experience in Salesforce development, cloud services, integrations, tools & frameworks, Salesforce administration & configuration, CI/CD & deployment, and certifications to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Salesforce solutions with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Apex Managed Sharing - Implement Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, WSDL, Platform Events, Bulk API, and Metadata API - Utilize tools and frameworks such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex Triggers, JavaScript frameworks, SOQL, SFDX, Visual Studio, and Data Loader - Handle Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, roles/profiles, security, page layouts, workflows, reports & dashboards - Work on CI/CD & deployment processes using tools like GitHub, GitLab, Copado, Bamboo, ANT, and Change Sets - Maintain Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Platform Developer I and App Builder Certification Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5-6 years of Salesforce.com development experience - Proficiency in Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or Field Service Lightning (FSL) - Experience in Salesforce integration, cloud services, and administration tasks - Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL/PL-SQL, and database schemas - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with onshore teams - Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Advanced Admin (ADM301), and Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred Additional Company Details: The company values proactive individuals who demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
