Role Overview: You are seeking an experienced API Tester with strong expertise in API testing and a solid background in automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in validating RESTful and SOAP APIs, designing automated test frameworks, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for APIs - Perform functional, integration, and regression testing of APIs - Implement and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes - Document test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in API testing - Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML - Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman) - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C# for automation - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps - Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and version control systems (e.g., Git) - Solid understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC Additional Details of the Company: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
