" Edifecs , Healthcare , Java , Javascript ","description":" Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior EDI Developer with strong expertise in Edifecs , Java , and Healthcare EDI standards . The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and developing EDI solutions, managing Edifecs installations, and integrating with payer systems. This role also involves mentoring internal teams, interfacing with clients, and contributing to the solution architecture in a fast-paced Agile environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Technical Development and Integration Design, develop, test, and implement EDI solutions using Edifecs and Java. Interpret application\/component designs and develop solutions according to specifications. Create, debug, and maintain business rules and EDI process flows. Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices. Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and handle deployment and post-release activities. Platform & Configuration Management Manage Edifecs installation, configuration, and upgrades. Define and enforce configuration management plans and ensure team compliance. Perform RCA and defect mitigation; identify and analyze defect trends. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication Collaborate with client architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to define solution architecture and delivery roadmaps. Interface with customers for requirement clarification, demos, and technical discussions. Conduct design reviews and present architecture and development options to stakeholders. Team Mentoring and Project Leadership Guide and mentor junior developers and internal teams on Edifecs and EDI concepts. Participate in effort estimation and planning activities. Set and review FAST goals for self and team members. Maintain team engagement and foster positive team dynamics. Must-Have Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience with Edifecs product suite. Strong knowledge of EDI X12 transactions \u2013 835, 834, 837, 278, 277, 275, 997, 999. Proficient in Java and JavaScript for EDI solution development. Experience in creating and managing complex business rules and EDI process flows . Good understanding of Healthcare Payer systems and workflows. Experience with Agile methodologies and Git version control. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience in mentoring teams on Edifecs platform and EDI standards. Exposure to HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulatory requirements. Knowledge of Rapid Application Development (RAD) tools and Modeling Languages . Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation for EDI pipelines. Hands-on experience with Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like IntelliJ, Eclipse. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): Edifecs Certification Java Developer Certification Agile \/ Scrum Certification Relevant healthcare or payer domain certifications Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High adaptability in handling multiple tasks under pressure Confidence in managing client-facing calls and technical demos Proactive in taking ownership and driving deliverables to completion ","
