Additional Comments: Timing: Minimum 4 hours overlap with US East hours (2 PM to 11 PM IST) Project Overview (If Possible): It s a one of workstreams of Project Acuity. PASD Data Platform including centralized web application for internal PASD users across the Recruitment Business to support marketing and operational use cases. Role Scope / Deliverables Responsible for creating a high-quality web applications using Next.js and other modern web technologies.Work closely with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to implement versatile and user-friendly interfaces to deliver seamless and engaging user experience. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by optimizing components and implementing best practices. *Key Skills* Proficiency in Next.Js framework and React Queries A Deep Understanding of RESTful APIs, API Routes and Data Fetching Hands on experience with UI framework like MUI, Mantine, Bootstrap Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) CSS and Styling Skills Experience with State Management Expertise in Performance Optimization Security Best Practices Version Control with Git Testing and Debugging Skills Unit testing and E2E testing frameworks
