Job Description

As an ATE Tester, you will be responsible for independently handling test deliverables, coordinating with and building a team for a given project, and ensuring timely management of deadlines. Your role will involve working closely with customers to prevent escalations, effectively coordinating with the team, conducting technical interviews for project requirements, performing validation and root cause analysis, and isolating failures to correct components. - Work with customers to prevent escalations - Coordinate effectively with the team - Conduct technical interviews for project requirements - Perform validation, root cause analysis, and escape analysis - Isolate and packetize failures to the correct component - Attend customer meetings and effectively communicate requirements/results - Locate product failures and report them in the test repository and bug tracker - Learn technology and business domain individually and as recommended - Obtain necessary certifications for the role - Ensure product and validation comply with defined SLA - Perform defect triaging - Adhere to schedule and timelines - Manage post-delivery defects and non-compliance issues - Ensure SLA turnaround of production bugs - Define productivity standards for the project - Complete all mandatory training requirements - Manage project tasks with quality within the targeted completion timeframe - Estimate time, effort, and resource dependence for work - Create component-level/product behavior documents and test reporting templates - Report task status and ensure compliance with validation standards - Mentor senior validation engineers and host training sessions for junior engineers - Good presentation skills and diplomacy - Strong bug advocacy skills - Proficiency in automation scripting - Ability to identify severity and priority of raised sightings - Skill in estimating effort and time required for work - Capability to perform and evaluate tests in the customer or target environment - Teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Strong analytical skills You should have 5 to 7 years of ATE Tester experience with skills in J750, U flex, and Teradyne.,
