Job Description

Job Title: SAP FICO S/4 HANA & CFIN Expert Consultant Location: Bengaluru, India Exp :- 10 + Mandatory Skills: SAP FICO (S4 HANA & CFIN) FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) New GL (General Ledger) New Asset Accounting CO (Controlling) CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Skills to Evaluate: SAP FICO (S4 HANA & CFIN) FSCM New GL New Asset Accounting CO (Controlling) CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation: Must have worked on at least two end-to-end implementations of FI CO processes in SAP projects. S/4 HANA Simple Finance / Central Finance: Work experience on S/4 Hana Simple Finance / Central Finance is a must. Reporting: Must have knowledge of AO & Fiori Reporting tools. Interface Management: Hands-on experience in handling interfaces, RTR customizations, etc. Taxation & Month-End Process: Strong knowledge of Withholding Taxation, EBS, and Month-End processes. Multi-location & Hierarchies: Experience of working on multi-location projects and handling multiple reporting hierarchies. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary. Consulting: Offer consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects. Team Leadership & Support: Lead teams, handle BAU transfers, mentor junior members, and provide training as needed. Client Engagement: Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams. Interact effectively with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain test scripts, KUT documents, and status reports. Ensure timely communication with offshore lead/manager. Key Skills: SAP FICO S4 HANA & CFIN FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) New GL (General Ledger) New Asset Accounting CO (Controlling) CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Business Process Analysis Fiori Reporting Taxation, EBS, Month-End Process Multi-location Projects S/4 HANA Certification will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Versions: S4/HANA 1809, 1909 versions, coupled with familiarity with Fiori tiles. System Integration Knowledge: Experience in systems integration with MM-SD, SD-FICO, and familiarity with IDocs, RFCs, and web services/proxies.
