Job Description

Job Title: SAP FICO S4 HANA Consultant Hiring Location: Bengaluru, India Experience : 5 - 7 Years Must-Have Skills: SAP FICO S4 HANA & CFIN (Central Finance) FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) New GL (General Ledger) New Asset Accounting CO (Controlling) and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) Proficiency with S4/HANA versions 1809 & 1909 Experience in Fiori tiles integration Expertise in Cash Management and Account-Based COPA in S4/HANA VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) / OpenText exposure (advantageous) Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with SOLMAN (Solution Manager) GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) systems knowledge End-to-end implementation experience in SAP environments Ability to handle shift work if required Experience working as a Business Analyst in SAP environments Consulting experience for ongoing support projects Roles & Responsibilities: Design, Implement & Support SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Assets , and CO (Cost Centre/Profit Centre accounting, COPA). Work with S4/HANA 1809 & 1909 versions and integrate with Fiori tiles . Lead and manage processes independently, ensuring successful project execution. Conduct business process analysis to identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Recommend and coordinate process-level improvements within SAP environments, especially in FICO and S4 HANA central finance .
