Lead I - Data Engineering/ Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Your role will involve integrating and transforming large datasets across multiple sources into Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL environments. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business consumption, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability of data architecture. Collaboration with data scientists, business analysts, and cloud engineers across projects will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. - Integrate and transform large datasets across multiple sources into Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL environments. - Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business consumption. - Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of data architecture. - Apply best practices for ETL design, data governance, and data quality assurance. - Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, and cloud engineers across projects. - Monitor and optimize data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering/Analytics, with at least 2+ years working primarily on Microsoft Azure. - Strong expertise in SQL writing, optimizing, and managing complex queries. - Hands-on experience with key Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Databricks. - Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI. - Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and database management and optimization.
