Lead I - Business Analysis

As a Business Analyst at UST, your role involves analyzing the business needs of clients and recommending solutions with support from the lead BA. You will be responsible for performing Business Analysis tasks independently, leveraging your 8 plus years of experience in a similar role. Your strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, will be crucial in this position. Exceptional communication and articulation skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are also key requirements. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and standard office applications is expected. While knowledge of the healthcare domain is desirable, it is not mandatory.
