Lead HRIS

As a Lead HRIS at Carelon Global Solutions (CGS), your role will involve serving as the primary advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM) functionality. You will play a crucial role in aligning system capabilities with business objectives, championing Workday best practices, and participating in strategic roadmap planning for HR Technology. Your responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership:** - Aligning system capabilities with business goals - Championing Workday best practices across the enterprise - Participating in strategic roadmap planning for HR Technology with a focus on scalability, automation, and compliance - **Functional And Technical Expertise:** - Owning end-to-end configuration changes of Workday TA + TM - Overseeing complex Workday configurations to support enterprise design, policy changes, and localized requirements - Gathering and influencing specific HRIS business application requirements to address complex business process needs - Analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining HRIS solutions to address varied business process needs - Leading projects impacting data maintenance on HRIS applications - **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's Degree - Workday Certification will be an added advantage - **Experience:** - Minimum 5-7 years of functional Workday experience with expertise in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules - Experience in at least one or two end-to-end Workday implementation projects - **Skills And Competencies:** - Strong consulting skills and handling customer expectations - Practical experience gained on Workday implementation projects, HR data migration, and/or integrations projects - Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools - Excellent communication skills delivering to functional and management audiences, as well as external clients - Knowledge of HRIS, Program Management tools, and MS Office Carelon Global Solutions (CGS) offers a world of limitless opportunities to its associates, fostering an environment that promotes growth, well-being, purpose, and a sense of belonging.
