Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement workshops with clients, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Analyze and document business workflows, rules, and integration points within Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
• Collaborate with configuration and integration teams to design scalable Guidewire solutions.
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization for Agile delivery.
• Validate functional designs and ensure traceability of requirements through the development lifecycle.
• Conduct system demos, requirement walkthroughs, and support UAT.
• Mentor junior Client and guide cross-functional teams in business analysis best practices.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 8+ years in P&C insurance.
• Minimum 8+ years of Guidewire InsuranceSuite experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes (Policy, Billing, Claims, Underwriting, Rating, Distribution).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA/Confluence, and user story writing.
• Excellent skills in requirement elicitation, gap analysis, process modeling, and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models preferred.
• Guidewire Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
