As a Lead, Global People Services at Micron Technology, your role involves providing HR services to customers and managing personnel and organizational records effectively. Your key responsibilities include: - Responding to Customer Requests and Inquiries: - Receive requests from customers through inquiry tools or other communication methods - Enter requests into tracking program and utilize the knowledge base to provide answers - Refer or escalate requests to the appropriate resource for resolution - Managing and maintaining personnel and organizational records: - Receive notifications and enter requests into the tracking program - Refer to the Standard Operating Procedure and policy for applicable processes - Escalate issues to service managers or other appropriate parties as needed - Update the relevant HR system of record with applicable information - Implementing, Reviewing, and Monitoring Services: - Receive training for new or changed services and monitor process effectiveness - Provide input to service manager regarding changes or improvements - Maintain standard operating procedures and knowledge base - Lead and/or support HR projects as assigned - Supporting HR System Transactions and Programs Across the Employee Lifecycle: - Administer changes to worker data, employment verification process, and employment data tracking - Facilitate position management and new-hire processing - Provide support and coordinate work across HR functions - Maintaining Company and Worker Data Processes: - Administer organization and position management - Facilitate hiring actions and process personnel changes in HRIS tools - Administer billing for benefits/insurance, criminal background checks, etc. - Update and maintain personnel and organizational records - Coordinate interfaces to vendors Qualification Required: - Degree holder About Micron Technology, Inc.: Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that transform how the world uses information.
