Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by researching target markets, generating new leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
1) Research and identify potential leads through various online channels (LinkedIn, websites, industry directories, databases, etc.)
2) Conduct outbound outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls to engage potential clients.3) Qualify leads based on defined criteria and hand off high-potential opportunities to the sales team4) Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.5) Track and report on lead generation KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, etc.)6) Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to refine targeting strategies.
Skills Required
1) Candidate must be comfortable with the Cold calling.
2) Candidate must be confident and comfortable with English and Hind

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
