Lead Generation Intern

As a Performance Marketer at Maximise Media, you will play a crucial role in the Digital Marketing department by driving results through data-driven strategies. Your primary focus will be on conversion campaigns, utilizing your expertise in performance marketing on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Key Responsibilities: - Manage conversion ads campaigns on Facebook & Instagram with a minimum of 2 years of experience - Execute E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram with a strong background in this area - Handle Google Ads Management for performance-driven campaigns, leveraging at least 2 years of experience - Utilize knowledge of key metrics and trackers for Google Ads optimization - Oversee Ad Management for brands across different industries, ensuring successful outcomes Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of agency experience in performance marketing on Google, Facebook, and Instagram - Proficiency in E-Commerce sales campaigns on Instagram is mandatory - Google Ads certification is preferable - Strong understanding of key metrics and trackers for Google Ads optimization - Experience in managing ads for brands in diverse industries If you are passionate about driving ROI through data, have a track record of optimizing CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and are excited to work with top brands, we encourage you to apply for this position.
