Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Research

    • Curate and maintain high-quality lead lists aligned with target industries, clients, and decision-makers in the US IT sector.
    • Research prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and market intelligence tools.
  • CRM & Sales Funnel Management

    • Manage and update

      HubSpot CRM

      with accurate lead, contact, and deal information.
    • Track and manage KPIs including outreach volume, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.
  • Sales Outreach

    • Create targeted and personalized sales pitches for email and LinkedIn outreach.
    • Coordinate with onshore sales representatives for follow-up calls and virtual meetings.
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting

    • Execute outbound email campaigns and social media outreach.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities, KPIs, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Graduate from top colleges preferred; other strong candidates also considered.
  • Experience:

    2-3 years in

    US IT Sales

    or business development, preferably in IT services or staffing.
  • CRM Proficiency:

    Hands-on experience with

    HubSpot

    or similar CRMs.
  • Skills:

    • Strong research and lead sourcing capabilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to craft compelling and tailored sales messages.
    • Data-driven approach to measuring and improving KPIs.
