*Job Title:* Lead Generation Executive *Job Summary:* We are seeking a Lead Generation Executive to manage and generate leads, qualify potential clients, and facilitate communication with our Dubai team. *Responsibilities:* - Make calls to fresh leads and qualified leads for follow-up - Send messages to clients who prefer not to receive follow-up calls or are unreachable - Qualify potential clients and provide options based on their requirements - Update client details and travel dates on CRM - Communicate with Narendra sir regarding potential buyers and recently traveling leads to Dubai - Schedule Google Meet sessions with qualified clients and inform CEO and COO. - Follow up with leads 3-4 times before reallocating - Stay updated on new projects and developments through WhatsApp groups - Collaborate with Nikhilesh (Dubai team) and Narendra sir on potential clients - Seek input from Sara mam and Narendra sir on project or client-related doubts *Requirements:* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
