Job Title: Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and should make outbound calls with the clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and files.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate to management as needed.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations
