Summary

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design, development, and integration.
Guide prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
Collaborate with architects and PMs to shape solution roadmaps.
Own performance benchmarking, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
Drive adoption of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LangSmith in engineering workflows.
Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise products using APIs and cloud-native services.
Ensure observability, traceability, and governance in GenAI pipelines.

Requirements

Deep expertise in building GenAI/LLM-based apps and multi-agent systems.
Strong hands-on with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and vector stores.
Experience with MLOps, GenAIOps, API integration, and observability tools.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise deployment strategies.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex AI solutions.
Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in GenAI applications.
Experience with product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration
