As a Sr. Functional Consultant at Vatsin, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how clients operate through spearheading the complete implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading full-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) in various modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, CRM, and Inventory. - Conducting discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and aligning business processes with industry best practices. - Configuring and customizing D365 BC to cater to client requirements, creating Functional Design Documents, and supporting technical customization. - Performing system testing, UAT, regression testing, data migration, cutover activities, end-user training, and post-implementation support. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, contribute to proposal writing, solution demos, and client presentations. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing ERP functionalities. To excel in this role, you should have: - 5+ years of practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central. - Demonstrated experience in at least 3 full-cycle implementations as a Functional Consultant. - Strong functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain Management, and CRM modules. - Profound understanding of business process design, solution mapping, and experience in agile or project-based delivery environments. - Excellent documentation, stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. - Experience in data migration, UAT, and training delivery. Preferred qualifications include: - Microsoft Certified: D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate. - Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate), ISV solutions, third-party integrations, and Microsoft Visio or similar BPM tools. - A Bachelors degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field.
