Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for participating in the design and development of technical solutions for complex web-based EHR systems. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a sprinting team, write efficient and high-quality code, build and guide a strong team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Write fast, efficient, and high-quality code to deliver value to customers - Oversee sprinting team activities, sprint planning, and release milestone planning - Build a strong team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability - Bring new ideas, solutions, and feedback to the team - Assist in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions - Drive the development life cycle from requirements analysis to support - Troubleshoot software applications and provide technical support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements - Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends - Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, or related field - 10+ years of experience as a full stack developer - 2+ years of experience leading a software development team in an Agile environment - Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and mentoring team members - Customer-focused with a keen sense of priority and urgency - Passionately committed to engineering best practices - Self-learner and problem solver - Strong technical skills including experience with ES6, React, Angular, or similar - Understanding of test-driven development Additional Details: Qualifacts is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
