Lead - Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for participating in the design and development of technical solutions for complex web-based EHR systems. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a sprinting team, ensuring sprint planning, release milestone planning, and performance management are carried out efficiently. Your role will involve writing fast, efficient, and high-quality code to deliver value to customers, testing your work thoroughly, and building a strong team through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
