Lead Full stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of the core product, transitioning it from legacy to next-gen. Your expertise in databases, backend systems, and frontend UI conversions will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure code across both frontend and backend. Additionally, you will own the database architecture, performance optimization, and the conversion of designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontends. Mentoring junior developers and influencing tech strategy will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of the core product and drive the transition to a Python backend. - Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure code in both frontend and backend. - Own the database architecture and performance optimization. - Convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive frontends. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to tech strategy. Qualifications Required: - 6-7 years of experience in full stack development. - Strong backend expertise, with proficiency in Python (Node.js exposure is helpful). - Proficiency in React.js and frontend engineering. - Solid database skills including SQL/NoSQL, optimization, and scalability. - Experience in building and publishing apps/products from scratch. - Startup mindset with a focus on ownership, speed, and problem-solving attitude.
