The Lead Full Stack Architect Backend Focus is responsible for architecting, building, and optimizing high-performance, large-scale systems with a backend focus, while also possessing strong frontend problem-solving skills. You will be leading development across multiple interconnected modules to ensure scalability, modular decoupling, and future feature extensibility of the system. Your responsibilities include leading architecture and development for backend-heavy, modular systems, designing solutions for large datasets with complex queries, implementing fault-tolerant designs, and driving performance optimization and caching strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to solving frontend challenges, building dynamic UIs, and designing architectures for system scalability and maintainability. Monitoring and debugging are vital aspects of the role, where you will implement real-time monitoring and logging for performance tracking, diagnose and resolve production incidents, and mentor developers in backend best practices and advanced SQL/NoSQL optimizations. Your expertise in Node.js or NestJS, SQL databases, frontend technologies like React.js/Next.js, and architecture & scalability principles will be crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills for real-world production scenarios, the ability to lead a team and provide technical direction, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
