Your role overview: As a knowledgeable expert in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, your responsibilities will include providing expertise on specific technologies, supporting technical stewards/managers in developing fundamental knowledge, setting standards for process characterization, troubleshooting technical processes, and acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for technology interface with the Global MS&T network and Sandoz development organization. You will also be responsible for selecting process equipment, supporting audits, owning the training curriculum, and being a recognized scientific expert globally. Key Responsibilities: - Provide knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing process technologies globally - Support technical stewards/managers in developing fundamental knowledge - Set standards for process characterization and troubleshoot technical processes - Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for technology interface - Select process equipment and set input for User Requirements (URS) globally - Support audits, own the training curriculum, and be a recognized scientific expert globally Qualifications Required: - MSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent scientific degree - Fluent in English and proficient in site local language - Minimum 15 years" experience in GMP manufacturing relevant to the specialist area of expertise - Proven process understanding in Pharma, GMP, and Regulatory aspects Additional Details: Sandoz, a leader in the Generic and Biosimilar medicines sector, aims to provide access to low-cost, high-quality medicines sustainably.
