Responsibilities As a Solution Architecture/Team Lead at Wipro, your responsibilities include providing technical guidance and supervision in designing and architecting software applications to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. Qualifications To be eligible for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a proficient command over C#, SQL, Python, and relevant technologies is required. Experience with AWS serverless architecture, CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Terraform, and front-end stack technologies such as JavaScript, React, and Angular is highly desirable. A solid understanding of software development principles, architecture, and best practices is essential, along with experience in managing and mentoring a team of software engineers. Proven experience in delivering complex technology projects within the stipulated timelines and budget, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a background in the financial services industry or a related field are considered advantageous. Deliver The performance parameters for this role include: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: Achieving 100% error-free onboarding & implementation, ensuring throughput %, and adherence to the schedule/release plan. 2. Quality & CSAT: Ensuring on-time delivery, efficient software management, troubleshooting queries, enhancing customer experience, and completing assigned certifications for skill up-gradation. 3. MIS & Reporting: Generating 100% on-time MIS & reports.
