Lead Engineer- Water Structures

Your impactMain Role Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of applicable design codes, regulations, and standards.
• Design and analyze structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, underground structures including tanks, buildings, pipelines, and other related infrastructure
• Perform analysis & design of the structural systems using various national and international codal provisions e.g. IS, ACI, Eurocodes etc Leading and delivering the project along with team of Engineers and cad.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables comply with statutory and regulatory requirements and company policies and practices.
• Coordination of design work with other disciplines
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail
• Mentor Mid-level and senior structural engineering staff
• Ability to lead cross-functional team
  

Here's what you'll need

• Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in relation to reinforced concrete and steelwork structures
• 15+ years of structural engineering experience in Water / Wastewater projects in domestic and international projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or M. Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Experience with working on Similar type of Projects
• Familiar with different type of loadings
• Strong planning and organising skills - task management, resourcing, etc.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates a commitment to on-going learning and development
• Leading a project from concept design to IFC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
