Lead Engineer - Transformer Testing systems

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the technical management of transformer testing systems, ensuring quality control standards are met, providing technical guidance to the production team, conducting discussions with clients, interpreting electrical schematics, and overseeing the implementation of transformer testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical operations for production, testing, and troubleshooting of transformer testing systems. - Ensure quality control standards are maintained during production and testing. - Provide technical guidance to the production team and address complex engineering issues. - Engage in technical discussions with clients, offering expert solutions and support. - Interpret and work with electrical schematics and technical drawings. - Supervise the implementation of industry-standard transformer testing methodologies. Qualification Required: - B.E. in Electrical Engineering. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the transformer industry, focusing on testing and quality control. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - In-depth knowledge of transformer types, operations, and modern testing techniques. - Excellent troubleshooting skills related to transformer systems. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written. - A commitment to the long-term success and growth of the company.,
