Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer Structures to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structures engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians on structure-related projects.
Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for timely completion.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a lead engineer in structures engineering.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and construction methods.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies.
