As a Lead Engineer (.Net) at the Gurgaon location, you will utilize your 8-10 years of experience to oversee the technologies, tools, and techniques used by the team. Your technical expertise should include proficiency in the following: - VS 2015/2017/2019 - .Net Core - ASP.NET - C# - SQL Server - MVC - Angular - Entity Framework Additionally, familiarity with the following is essential: - Source Control systems like TFS, GIT, SVN - Continuous Integration - Logging Frameworks Your role will involve collaborating closely with the team to address design and requirement tasks based on business needs. It is crucial to ensure adherence to development standards, policies, and procedures while driving change to implement efficient strategies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary as you will be mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and liaising with peers to understand business processes and requirements. A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, BCA, or MCA is the minimum educational requirement.
