Lead Engineer AI-Data

The role of Tech Lead (AI and Data) in Bhopal is a full-time on-site position that involves managing and overseeing the technical execution of AI and data projects. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing technical support, supervising IT-related activities, and ensuring the team is well-trained and supported. Collaboration with Kadel Labs is essential to ensure successful product development and implementation. Key technical skills required for an AI Tech Lead include proficiency in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, Data Engineering & Pipeline Architecture, Model Deployment & MLOps, Cloud Platforms & Services, Software Engineering Best Practices, and Data Security & Privacy in AI. Experience with tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, TFX, Kubeflow, Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Java/Scala, Go, REST/GraphQL, Git, and Terraform is essential. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess troubleshooting and technical support skills, experience in Information Technology and Customer Service, the ability to provide training and guidance to team members, strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience in AI and data technologies is a plus. This is a full-time permanent position with benefits including health insurance.
