Lead Engg - Industrial UPS & Solar PV System

Role Overview: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and ensuring the engineering of solar & industrial UPS systems with a focus on scaling up the system to GW power while considering approved budgets and cost optimization measures. Key Responsibilities: - Engineer String inverters, Central inverters, hybrid inverters, and Optimizer systems, and conduct detailed design reviews with DEC. - Engineer various UPS configurations and conduct detailed design reviews with DEC. - Engineer Battery systems integration with UPS and solar equipment according to industry benchmarks and international standards. - Select appropriate inverter and Power electronic equipment for Solar PV system & UPS systems. - Engineer, commission, and test Industrial UPS system and Solar PV inverters and Power electronics equipment in coordination with DEC, OEM & user teams. - Periodically review Performance monitoring & benchmarking as per international standards. - Ensure continuous improvement in design and modification through active interaction with stakeholders and optimizing engineering practices. - Oversee Statutory and Regulatory compliance at the engineering stage. - Liaise with OEMs / packagers / consultants to stay updated with the latest trends in technology, design, etc. Support procurement / services scope finalization, vendor selection, validation for critical equipment. - Participate & conduct design reviews with all cross-functional teams. - Have knowledge of industrial testing procedures. Qualifications Required: - BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Power Electronics. - 15 years of experience in detailed engineering of Power electronics equipment / UPS/ Solar PV system Power electronics components.
