Lead Engg - Industrial UPS & Solar PV System

As an Engineering professional specializing in Power Electronics, your main responsibility will be to plan, organize, and oversee the engineering of solar and industrial UPS systems, focusing on scaling up to GW power while adhering to approved budgets and cost optimization measures. Your key accountabilities will include engineering various components such as String inverters, Central inverters, hybrid inverters, and Optimizer systems, along with detailed design reviews. You will also be responsible for engineering different UPS configurations, integrating Battery systems with UPS and solar equipment, and selecting appropriate inverter and Power electronic equipment for Solar PV system & UPS systems. Additionally, you will be in charge of the engineering, commissioning, and testing of Industrial UPS systems, Solar PV inverters, and Power electronics equipment in collaboration with DEC, OEM, and user teams. It will also be your responsibility to ensure performance monitoring and benchmarking according to international standards, drive continuous improvement in design, and oversee statutory and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve liaising with OEMs, packagers, and consultants to stay updated on the latest technological trends and support procurement decisions. Profound knowledge in detailed engineering of Solar PV Power electronic components & industrial UPS systems, familiarity with power electronics principles and standards, and expertise in system design and optimization will be essential for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Electronics and possess at least 15 years of experience in detailed engineering of Power electronics equipment, UPS, and Solar PV system Power electronics components. Your ability to conduct design reviews, apply system sizing calculations, and stay informed about industrial testing procedures will be crucial for excelling in this challenging yet rewarding role.,
