Lead DotNet Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of DotNet applications.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to technical guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Implement and maintain automated testing and deployment processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and improve performance.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DotNet Developer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and other DotNet technologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React.
• Experience with database management systems like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
