Lead Digital Product Manager - Lending

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives with broad impact across the enterprise. You will play a key role in large-scale planning and review and analyze complex digital strategies for specific product/functionality/experience areas. Your decision-making in digital strategy will be crucial, requiring a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Leading a team of digital professionals, collaborating with peers and senior managers, and potentially leading projects or serving as a peer mentor will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of digital product management experience or equivalent, demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additionally, experience in financial services, particularly commercial or corporate banking, Agile methodology, lending, and business transformation will be beneficial. Strong technical background, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. Desired qualifications include the ability to develop partnerships, collaborate with other businesses, and deliver in a matrix organization. Understanding the value of building cross-functional partnerships, engaging technology teams, and using data and analysis to define business requirements are key skills sought for this position. Familiarity with UX/UI features, design thinking, service design techniques, and agile software delivery will be advantageous.
