Your Primary Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications. Develop, maintain, and implement Ansible playbooks and automation scripts. Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions. Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and automate routine tasks. Optimize and streamline existing processes through automation. Ensure consistent management and configuration of server environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ansible automation tools and processes. Document automation solutions and processes for reference and training purposes. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents. Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Provide On-call Weekly/Weekend off-hour L3-4 support on a rotational schedule with other team members Develop and maintain system documentation Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or related roles. Hands-on experience with AAP/Ansible for configuration management and automation Strong Knowledge on CI/CD development which is like enhancements/customizations on Jenkin pipeline using Python Extensive experience with Python, Java and Shell Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery Hands-on expertise with Jenkins , Bitbucket , and AWS services. Deep understanding of Linux system administration Familiarity with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, Snowflake) Familiarity with CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar) Familiarity Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA) Application-level knowledge and secure coding practices are a value add .
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
