Lead Developer - Python with Playwright

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure high-quality software delivery in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts focusing on scalability and maintainability. - Implement automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques for defining and executing test scenarios. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality throughout the development lifecycle. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation. - Evaluate and suggest new automation tools, frameworks, and practices to enhance efficiency. - Ensure compliance with quality standards, security practices, and governance processes. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and test automation with hands-on coding of test scripts. - Strong expertise in Playwright and automation-first BDD (Gherkin) techniques. - Proficiency in Selenium, Functionize, Testim, AccelQ preferred. - Experience with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks for test automation is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. - Familiarity with methodologies and tools such as XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube, etc. - Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams for rapid product delivery. Additionally, if you have exposure to advanced AI-driven test automation solutions, experience in complex enterprise environments, and possess strong problem-solving skills with a proactive quality improvement approach, it would be advantageous.,
