Job Description

Job Title: Java Lead Developer Location: Pune Exp: 5 - 8 yrs Notice Period: Official 30days (Immediate Joiner) Description: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Web technologies, JavaScript, and AngularJS. As a Lead developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Required Skills: Windchill development/customization experience Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE. Extensive experience with Spring MVC framework. Proficient in JavaScript and AngularJS. Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with Application security best practices Expertise in JUnit and integration test writing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8+ years of experience in software development. Proven track record of delivering successful software projects. Preferred Skills: Experience with other JavaScript frameworks like, Jquery Familiarity with DevOps practices and CICD tools
