Lead Designer VP

The Lead Designer, VP position in Pune involves building and supporting applications as a full stack developer using Java, React, Angular, microservices, and SQL. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical design, development, stabilization, and enhancement of distributed applications. Collaborating with architects, business analysts, developers, and SCRUM masters is essential to deliver suitable solutions that meet business needs. Additionally, having a good understanding of Kafka and other messaging platforms is required. As the Lead Designer, VP, it is crucial to research and evaluate products in alignment with the technical strategy, as well as design and implement new infrastructure technology following standard protocols and governance. Leading the team to enhance their technical competence with new technologies and leveraging GCP experience to onboard apps are key responsibilities. Ensuring high-quality deliverables according to industry standards and best practices, preparing project-related documentation, and providing support on compliance and audit checking are essential tasks. You will provide professional consultancy and support in response to queries from developers and business on security access, work closely with global and regional stakeholders and global development teams, and ensure systems comply with group infrastructure and security policies and standards. Demonstrable ability to adapt to different cultures while working in a multicultural environment is significant.
