Job Description

As a Lead Data Product Architect / Engineer for APAC at Cushman & Wakefield, you play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions for APAC Advisory products. Your responsibilities include ensuring data quality, security, scalability, and performance of the data products. You collaborate with various teams within the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models and architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Define a robust and scalable data architecture to manage data within the governance platform - Facilitate and promote the design and development of high-quality data resources to meet current and future business needs - Collaborate with other TDS teams for the design, development, and implementation of data models, data flows, and overall data management practices - Communicate data methodology, architecture, and results to stakeholders - Integrate various data sources with internal and external platforms using APIs, ETL tools, and connectors - Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across APAC Advisory Products - Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, providing root cause analysis and resolution - Support data governance initiatives and establish data standards, policies, and best practices - Provide data expertise and guidance to business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and analysts - Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data architecture and cloud solutions - Promote best practices for data management and architecture within the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field - 5+ years of experience in managing data platforms, data architecture, or data modeling, with a focus on data lakes and APAC Advisory data strategies - Experience in implementing and managing a Microsoft Azure Data Lakehouse - Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, SQL, and big data technologies - Strong understanding of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and data governance frameworks - Experience with cloud platforms and application development frameworks - Knowledge of key data domains in Corporate Real Estate - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills,
