Based in Bangalore, STG Labs supports hybrid working. https://stg.com Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design, deployment, and management of data mart and analytics infrastructure leveraging AWS services Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using industry-leading DevOps practices and tools Design, implement, and oversee API architecture, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure REST API development using AWS API Gateway Collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and analysts to design highly performant and scalable data solutions. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Establish best practices and standards for AWS infrastructure, DevOps processes, API design, and data analytics workflows. Qualifications Hands-on working knowledge and experience is required in: Data Structures Memory Management Basic Algos (Search, Sort, etc) AWS Data Services: Redshift, Glue, EMR, Athena, Lake Formation, Lambda Infrastructure-as-Code Tools: Terraform, AWS CloudFormation Scripting Languages: Python, Bash, SQL DevOps Tooling: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bitbucket - must be comfortable in CLI / terminal environments. Command Line / Terminal Environments AWS Security Best Practices Scalable Data Marts, Analytics Systems, and RESTful APIs Hands-on working knowledge and experience is preferred in: Container Orchestration: Kubernetes, EKS Data Visualization & Warehousing: Tableau, Data Warehouse Machine Learning & Big Data Pipelines Certifications Preferred : AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer) (Preferred Skill).
