Lead Data Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Lead Adobe Analyst Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics to lead our digital analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics tools, a strong understanding of building Adobe reports, segmenting, extracting insights, and a proven ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting. This role also requires proficiency in BI/Analytics tools to support cross-platform data integration and insight generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the reporting on Adobe Analytics across digital platforms.

• Create dashboards/reports to identify patterns, provide insights, support business goals

• Validate and troubleshoot analytics data to maintain reporting accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define tracking requirements and KPIs

• Stay current with Adobe product updates and digital analytics best practices

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analytics engineers.
