As a Lead Data Engineer with a focus on Informatica Cloud and Hybrid technologies, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - Utilize your 10+ years of hands-on experience in the data engineering domain to drive forward innovative solutions within the organization. - Demonstrate your deep understanding and 5+ years of practical experience with Informatica IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) to lead data engineering projects effectively. - Leverage your 5+ years of experience working with Cloud Data Warehouse Platforms such as Snowflake to architect robust data solutions. - Showcase your expertise in utilizing tools like Spark, Athena, AWS Glue, Python/PySpark, etc., to optimize data workflows and processes. - Employ your prior experience with ETL/ELT tools, particularly with Informatica Power Center in Data Warehouse environments, to streamline data transformation processes. - Apply your knowledge of agile software development processes and proficiency with performance metric tools to drive continuous improvement within the data engineering team. - Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to quality in all data engineering initiatives. - Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to develop efficient and creative solutions to complex data challenges. - Exhibit your ability to work at an abstract level, reconcile diverse viewpoints, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Take ownership of your learning journey, contribute to domain knowledge, and lead by example within the data engineering team. - Communicate effectively, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and provide leadership to drive successful data engineering projects.
