Essential Skills:

Experience: 14+ Years.
Deep expertise in Cyber Defence products(Jira, Confluence, Catalyst, Corelight,Microsoft Defender & EDR) , including Endpoint Security, Atlassian products(Jira & Confluence) , Cloud security
Proven experience in Cloud solutions -preferably AWS
Proven experience leading engineering teams, with a strong track record of building talent, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
Extensive experience working in highly agile environments, with a focus on continuous planning, prioritization, and improvement to deliver impactful outcomes.
Strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles, with hands-on experience driving automation and integrating secure-by-design practices into the engineering lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to lead responses to major incidents, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.
Success in delivering complex, high-impact security initiatives in fast-paced environments.
